3D printing of prototypes – faster to proven solutions

At Lamineo, we know how valuable time is in the product development process. That is why we offer fast and precise prototyping using 3D printing (FDM) technology, which allows you to evaluate the concept, ergonomics and fit of components – even before a mould or pilot series is created.

We print both conceptual and functional models, which allow for early testing of functions, adjustment to accompanying components, and ‘live’ design corrections. This allows you to significantly reduce the risk of errors and optimise your design before moving on to costly production.

Our printers support a working area of up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm, with the possibility of combining several elements into larger assemblies. We print on materials such as PLA, PETG and other plastics tailored to the needs of a specific application. At the customer's request, we also offer finishing treatments – sanding, coating or preparing the item for presentation.

Each printout can be supplemented with technical documentation, which facilitates further product development or presentation of the concept to the design team, investors or end customers.
