At Lamineo, we understand that the quality of the finished product begins with a precise tool. That is why we offer comprehensive production of composite and aluminium moulds and tooling, perfectly matched to the selected technology and scale of production.

We manufacture single-use and reusable moulds for the following technologies:

  • RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)
  • L-RTM (Light RTM)
  • Vacuum Infusion
  • Hand lay-up

Each tool is created based on precise models made in our own CNC modelling workshop, which ensures full control over quality and fit.

Customised moulds to suit your needs

We design each tool individually, analysing not only the geometry of the product, but also the planned number of cycles, the type of materials used and the surface requirements. We offer reusable solutions for serial production that are wear-resistant and make work easier for operators. When dealing with smaller projects or prototypes, we focus on flexibility and speed of delivery.

An important part of the process is quality control – at every stage, we check the dimensions, tightness, compatibility, and quality of the finish. If the project requires it, we also offer mould servicing, regeneration or modification.
