Design
At Lamineo, we believe that a good design means more than just a technical drawing. It is a combination of knowledge, experience and understanding of the user's real needs. That is why we support our customers right from the concept stage, so that together we can create a product that not only looks good, but above all works – efficiently and reliably.
Our team of specialists analyses each project in terms of functionality, working environment, ergonomics and production cost-effectiveness. This enables us to suggest the optimal shape, material, and manufacturing technology at an early stage, meeting both design and economic expectations.
We use advanced 3D CAD software (SolidWorks), which enables us to create realistic models, test functionality, and prepare complete documentation for further production. At the customer's request, we also produce physical mock-ups and prototypes to facilitate decision-making before launching a series.
Our design services include:
- 3D modelling – creating precise models of components and the structure, taking into account laminating technology,
- Designing moulds and master models – preparing moulds for mass production or prototyping,
- Technical documentation – complete design and working drawings, ready for implementation in production.
