Production of composite components
We are involved in the production of polyester-glass composites, which are used in many industrial sectors. Such materials are commonly used and durable, proving ideal for the automotive, transport, marketing and railway industries. They prove effective as elements connecting different structures. These composites are characterised by a smooth surface and a uniform structure that is difficult to damage. They are resistant to mechanical and chemical damage. They are excellent in adverse weather conditions.
Just what are polyester-glass composites and what are their advantages?
A composite is a material made from at least two materials. This enables specific advantages to be achieved in the final product. Polyester-glass composites consist of two basic components: polyester resin and glass fibres. Saturated resin, which is used in polyester-glass laminate composites, shows above-average resistance to moisture and other potentially harmful external factors.
In contrast, glass fibres are exceptionally durable and resistant to bending, stretching and corrosion. They come in different thicknesses and lengths, so you can tailor them to your specific project requirements. Polyester-glass composites are durable and lightweight, which makes them the perfect material for use in many industrial structures, such as boat hulls and wind turbine components.
Who do we produce composites for?
But in fact, the properties of polyester-glass composites make them very versatile materials, and as a result, they are used in many different industries. Among others, we supply composites for the following industries:
- automotive and aerospace: vehicle canopies, engine housings, etc.,
- yachting and boat and motorboat manufacturing: motorboat and engine housings,
- bus manufacturing,
- transport: covers for car trailers, shells for horse trailers, motorhome bodies and equipment,
- telecommunications and ventilation: these include antennas and housings for filtering and ventilation devices,
- railway industry,
- furniture industry,
- marketing: advertising elements, such as figurines for catering establishments,
- horticultural: housings for self-propelled robots,
- construction: shower trays for break rooms, motorhomes and domestic bathrooms.
Composite elements manufactured by us: machine parts or installations
Composite elements are often used as connecting parts between individual components or as installations for devices or machines. These include, for example, housings for medical devices and bakery machinery, as well as housings used in automation, including industrial robots.
We encourage you to familiarise yourself with our full range of polyester-glass composite products. We offer comprehensive technological and material consulting services. The tasks entrusted to us are carried out accurately, reliably and on time.
Some typical examples of composite elements:
- wall panels, housings, covers
- elements with a fire resistance rating (e.g.
- components with special surface finishes (matt, gloss, texture)
