As an experienced composite manufacturer, we provide our business partners with full support at every stage of the project. Our process is not limited to manufacturing alone. We initiate it from the design phase, where we create 3D models and complete technical documentation based on the client's guidelines. Then, using our own advanced machine park, we make models and production moulds. This integration of the design and tooling facilities with the main process, which is the production of composites, allows for full quality control, cost optimisation and a significant reduction in the time needed to launch the final product on the market.

What composite moulding technologies do we use?

Choosing the right technology is crucial for achieving the technical and visual parameters of the finished product. At our plant, we employ three basic methods of composite production, which allows us to take a flexible approach to orders of varying scale and complexity. We use hand lay-up, perfect for single-unit production, prototypes and geometrically complex details. For larger components where low weight and high strength are important, we use vacuum infusion. RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) technology is used for mass production, guaranteeing high repeatability, dimensional precision and a smooth surface on both sides of the product.

Why are precision tools the cornerstone of quality?

In the composites industry, the final quality and repeatability of the product is directly dependent on the precision of the production mould. That is why we have invested in developing our own modern tool shop. We have 5-axis CNC machining centres, on which we produce models and moulds from a wide range of materials, including MDF, specialised foams and epoxy resins. Having full control over the tool manufacturing process gives us and our customers the certainty that the mould will be perfectly suited to the selected technology and the specific characteristics of a given part, which eliminates the risk of errors and delays at the production stage.
